Flow Motion Media: Habitat has partnered with Flow Motion Media for years, but the 'Hey Alexa' series marked my first project with their team (and still my favorite video project to-date). In January 2020, I pitched the concept to a property team struggling to lease their penthouses: what if we created a standout video highlighting the smart home features already built into the apartments? Working with Josh Stone from Flow Motion Media, we started shooting at 4:30 a.m. to capture nighttime scenes, followed by sunrise shots for the morning segment. Filmed in February 2020, just before all leasing went virtual, this series beautifully showcases the tech-enhanced living spaces, with Josh’s work featured further on our Team Member & Company Videos page.
Indoor Drone Tours: In 2020, I established a partnership between Habitat and Indoor Drone Tours, leading to dozens of professionally filmed videos over the years. While I ideate the direction and provide creative input for each piece—including some intros, outros, and compilation edits—all footage is professionally captured by the talented Indoor Drone Tours team, whom I credit by name in the description of each affiliated video.
Aerial by Alex: In Fall 2024, Alex Brown approached me with a completed video he had independently captured, inspiring me to initiate a broader partnership. Together, we expanded this style of footage to seven of our downtown properties, with four videos already showcased here and two more in final stages. I selected each property, directed specific shots, and provided guidance on edits, ensuring a cohesive look across this series—an invaluable asset for off-peak leasing and digital marketing.
